When the dog sits, stays, and calms down start hand feeding again. keep doing this then slowly work up to putting the food bowl on the floor and putting your hand in it while your dog is in sit stay. You are trying to let your dog know that you dont want his food your giving him the food and feeding should be happy. Always make him work for it with sit and stay if he moves from it do not give him the food.
